• We send the majority of our UK orders out as tracked parcels, however, if you’ve ordered a very thin book/pamphlet or just some stickers, we might send it as a large letter (which will be easier to post through a letterbox).

International orders:
We post via royal mail (who will use the local postal service in the destination country). Where we can post with tracking available, we will send it tracked.

Customs:
All we will do is post your item to the address you’ve given us, and, you’ll need to deal with your local customs authority. It is your responsibility to sort this out, all we can do is post your books to you, with the correct documentation on them about contents, and with the address you have supplied us with. PM cannot be held responsible for the actions of governments.
