A full colour, high quality A6 (postcard size) booklet, containing 16 illustrations (and that’s not including the ones on all 4 sides of the cover!)
From the creator:
My Doctor asked if I wanted a course of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), to help with the mental health side of my particular condition. At first I said no, I’ve had it before and it never helped, in fact if anything it made me worse. But she looked so disappointed that, eventually, I agreed. And it turns out that this time I really enjoyed it, and got a lot from it. Maybe I was more receptive this time, maybe I had a much better therapist, maybe this maybe that…I don’t know, all I know is that it helped. A lot.
The problem was, however, that I couldn’t always remember what I had learned once I got home, so I started making myself little flash cards. Just little reminders of what I wanted to remember. They were only supposed to be for me, they weren’t done with a thought of anyone else seeing them. But then at my final session I mentioned it to my therapist and she got very excited about the idea, so I showed her the 16 cards I had made and she managed to persuade me I should have them made into a little booklet, so others could see them. She also asked if she could use them in her practice, and so I agreed. I liked the thought of something I did possibly helping someone else.
And so here they are…hot off the press.
All 16 of my CBT inspired flash cards, like a special version of Top Trumps, or something, but in a book.
