We’re away at Literal in Barcelona this weekend, orders will be picked – but won’t be posted until after the bank holiday. Any orders that arrive will be shipped on Tuesday the 28th of May.
On the 1st of June we’re tabling at the Newcastle Ewan Brown Bookfair, so Friday might be too busy for us to post stuff out. But – normal service should resume on Monday the 3rd!
(that said…) We’re running at full-speed here. All orders are being picked and posted within a day (unless you order after 2pm on a Friday, in which case you’ll have to wait until Monday to have them posted. There’s an offer on right now: Use the code “april” to get a discount off all PM titles.
Issues with EU orders [YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND VAT!]:
We are working on a solution for shipping books duties paid to nine countries inside the EU… – but, to do this, we need to introduce a VAT charging system on the site. We’re working on it!. Shipping into the EU is still a hassle, you may be charged a handling fee and a customs charge/VAT by your postal service – if you refuse to pay it, the books will be returned to PM and we will refund the book value, but not the postage costs – because we’ve got enough on ours hands fighting with the government here, we’re not to blame for the government where you are – that’s your responsibility.
